Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

You will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns

Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your HUSK purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to initiate

  1. Email us at info@husk-packs.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will send you a return authorization and delivery instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship your return using the provided return label or your preferred carrier to the address provided.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return email. Once we receive the original item, we'll ship out your replacement.

If the exchange item is of greater value, we will contact you regarding the price difference payment. If it is of lesser value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@husk-packs.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll provide return instructions and send a replacement once the return is received.
